KP-10(1000ml-5000ml) Automatic High Viscosity Filling Machine is the new-generation improved volumetric filling machine which is Suitable for material: agrochemical SC,pesticide ,dishwasher ,the oil kind ,softener ,detergent cream class contour viscosity materials. . The whole machine uses the in-line structure and it is driven by the servo motor. Volumetric filling principle can realize the high precision of filling. It is controlled by the PLC, human interface and easy operation. The machine is equipped with electric scale weight feedback system which makes the volume adjustment easier. it is a nice choice for foodstuff, pharmacy, cosmetic and chemical industries.
The working principle of the fully automatic piston filling machine is: the front and back movement of the cylinder drives the piston in the cylinder to reciprocate, so that negative pressure is generated in the front cavity of the cylinder.
When the cylinder moves forward, the piston is pulled backward, and negative pressure is generated in the front cavity of the cylinder. The material in the feeding barrel is pressed into the feeding pipe by atmospheric pressure, and enters the feeding pipe through the one-way valve for feeding and discharging.
When the cylinder moves backward, it pushes the piston forward to squeeze the material. The material enters the discharge hose through the discharge check valve, and finally enters the empty bottle to be filled through the filling head (the filling head is closed when the material is being fed, and it is opened when the material is being discharged) to complete a filling.
The piston filling machine is a single mechanical simple action for each filling, so it has high filling accuracy and stability for every regular container.
On this basis, the fully automatic filling machine is controlled by a computer, through auxiliary devices (such as bottle blocking cylinder, bottle jam, lifting, replenishing control, bottle counting device, etc.) to complete automatic filling without personnel operation.

4. In the case of emergency stop, just press the emergency stop switch, the piston will automatically move back to the initial position, and the filling will stop.
