Descriptions:

It is mainly used in the mineral water/ pure water filling operations. The three functions of washing, filling and capping are composed in one line. The machine is used in filling water drink in PET bottles after washing. The operation of the machine can be freely and conveniently turned to adjust speed to fill various types of bottles. The filling operation is faster and more stable. This machine is suitable for pure water, mineral water, wine, and other liquid with normal temperature. Screw type capping can be prevent the damage of cap.

The working efficiency of the production line is largely decided by the conveying system. When there is occasional stop on the downstream packaging system (e.g. label change), the forepart of the production line cannot be effected.
